IF THERE IS A SHIPPING ERROR / LESS GOODS / GOODS ARE NOT SUITABLE, YOU CAN SUBMIT

A COMPLAINT WITH THE CONDITION THAT THE VIDEO OF THE PACKAGE UNBOXING PROCESS IS REQUIRED.

  2. THE VIDEO STARTS FROM THE CONDITION OF THE UNOPENED PACKAGE UNTIL THE CHECKING / TESTING IS COMPLETE WITHOUT PAUSE (NO EDITING)
  3. VIDEO IS SENT A MAXIMUM OF 1 X 24 HOURS AFTER THE PACKAGE IS RECEIVED


DOES NOT ACCEPT COMPLAINTS WITHOUT THE ABOVE VIDEO OR A REPEAT VIDEO AFTER THE PACKAGE IS OPENED.


IF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED / LOST DUE TO THE EXPEDITION, IT IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY.


RETURN OF GOODS MUST BE IN INTACT CONDITION AS ORIGINALLY RECEIVED, COMPLETE SEALS AND CAN BE RESOLD.
